1. Acceptance
By downloading or using TapPrint, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Licence and acceptable use
Async Digital Solutions grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use TapPrint. You may not misuse the App, disrupt printers or networks, infringe others’ rights, print unlawful content, bypass access controls, or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law permits.
3. Your content and equipment
You remain responsible for the photos, documents, web pages, contacts, scans, signatures and other content you use. You confirm that you have the right to print, scan, store, sign and share it. You are also responsible for your printer, supplies, network, device and any costs associated with them.
4. Printing and scanning
Results can vary by printer model, drivers, network conditions, page setup and source quality. Review the preview before printing. TapPrint does not guarantee compatibility with every printer, perfect scan or text-recognition accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Keep backups of important files.
5. PDF signatures
Electronic-signature validity depends on applicable law, the document and the parties involved. TapPrint does not provide legal advice or guarantee acceptance of a signature for every purpose.
6. Premium access and purchases
Paid plans may unlock premium features. Prices, billing periods and trial terms are displayed before purchase. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by the applicable app store and renew unless cancelled under the terms shown at purchase. Removing the App does not necessarily cancel a subscription.
7. Advertising and third-party services
The App may contain advertising and use third-party services for platform printing, analytics, diagnostics, distribution and purchases. Their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third-party equipment, content, services or availability.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. To that extent, Async Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, wasted printing supplies, failed jobs, or loss of data, profits or business arising from use of the App. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the App or these Terms, change features, or suspend access where reasonably necessary. You may stop using the App at any time. Provisions intended to survive termination remain effective.
